30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World

ESL and Citizenship Classes

30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World
April 13 – May 12

Join us in praying for the Muslim world during the month of Ramadan. The 30 Days of Prayer for the Muslim World is an international movement that began in 1993. It calls the church to make a deliberate but respectful effort to learn about, pray for and reach out to our world’s Muslim neighbors. It coincides annually with the important Islamic month of religious observation — Ramadan, a time of the year when Muslims are much more deeply aware of spiritual matters.

Join Millions of Christians Around the World
Churches, ministries, and individuals from many denominations regularly participate in this largest ongoing prayer focus on the Muslim world. A new full-color prayer guide booklet — available each year in both adult and kids versions — is a proven tool to help Christians to understand and to persistently pray for Muslim neighbors and nations.

Missionary Adoption Program

Would you consider showing appreciation, value, encouragement, and love to one of our missionaries by participating in the Missionary Adoption Program (MAP)? FBA has 82 families in full-time ministry work. Yet, despite the large size of our congregation, it is surprising that we have missionaries with only one or two adopters under MAP. You can change that. Missionaries may be adopted by church members, families, and Sunday School classes.

Perhaps with a better understanding of MAP, you might consider adopting a missionary. One of the biggest misconceptions about MAP is that there is a financial obligation involved. That is not the case. Our missionaries receive financial support through Faith Promise giving.

English as a Second Language (ESL) and Citizenship classes are for adults from any country. Citizenship classes are for anyone on the path to United States citizenship. This class will explain the citizenship process and help prepare students for the English requirements of the citizenship test.

All classes are free, and child care is available. The required workbook is $30. For more information, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Spanish worship & classes are currently not meeting. Check this website again for updates.

The Sunday school class is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in Room 2660, and the Spanish worship service is from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Chapel. We have a time of traditional worship and a message. The Sunday School class and the worship service are to edify the believers and to reach the non-believers with the saving message of Christ. Our goal is to fulfill the Great Commission and for this reason we always make an invitation to accept Christ as Lord and Savior at the end of each service. Please join us at 9:30 a.m. to enjoy some coffee and have a time of fellowship before the class.

Wednesdays:  We have a Bible study and a prayer meeting in Room 2660 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
