Getting connected for the first time in any size church can be daunting. Questions like: How do I connect and get involved with others? Where do I fit in? What do I have to offer? When is the right time? Second Steps is a great place to uncover the answers to these questions by learning what the Bible has to say about the powerful role community plays in the local church.
Connected - My Life in the Church, is a six-session Lifeway small group Bible study by Dr. Thom S. Rainer that provides a biblical foundation and understanding of what it means to be a part of the body of Christ. Through a study of the book of Ephesians, along with video lessons and small group discussion, we will explore how God has uniquely placed each of us in our local church to grow in our walk with Him while learning to truly love one another through genuine fellowship, serving, caring, and praying for one another – as we experience our Life in Christ Jesus through community.
