Mark and Jana serve with SIM as part of the International Leadership Team, overseeing all of SIM’s global ministries. Mark is the International Governance Director, responsible for overseeing, supporting, and mentoring boards in 72 countries, as well as mentoring local church boards that partner with SIM ministries.

Jana assists Mark as his executive assistant. He frequently travels abroad for governance training and regularly hosts Zoom meetings with SIM Boards from their home in Florida.

The Fauses have been in missions ministry for nearly 40 years, serving in 8 countries. They previously served 25 years with Mission Aviation Fellowship as a pilot, program manager, and CEO of an independent MAF organization, and also as CEO and executive director of a mission hospital in Angola.
