Director of Disciple Life
As Director of Disciple Life, you’ll provide pastoral leadership for FBA’s discipleship and Christian education ministries, leading Family Ministries and Adult Life while equipping staff, teachers, and volunteers. You’ll help shape a biblical discipleship strategy that fosters spiritual growth, Christ-centered community, and meaningful connection throughout the life of the church.
Director of Children's Ministry
As Director of Children’s Ministry, you’ll lead FBA’s ministry to children in grades K–5, creating engaging, Christ-centered environments where children hear the Gospel and grow in their relationship with Jesus. You’ll develop staff and volunteers, partner with families, and lead programs and outreach that connect children to the life of the church.
Preschool Director
As Preschool Director, you’ll lead FBA’s ministry to preschoolers, creating a safe, welcoming environment where children are introduced to biblical truth and begin building a foundation for faith in Jesus. You’ll partner with parents, equip staff and volunteers, and oversee preschool programming and Event Care that supports families across the church.
Special Needs Ministry Coordinator
As Special Needs Ministry Coordinator, you’ll support FBA’s ministry to individuals with special needs, helping create a safe, Christ-centered environment where each person is known, loved, discipled, and connected to the life of the church. You’ll partner with families, equip volunteers, and coordinate ministry programming and individualized support.
Facilities Craftsman
The Facilities Craftsman advances the mission of First Baptist Atlanta (FBA) by creating safe, functional, and welcoming ministry environments through skilled woodworking, finish carpentry, construction, and repair. This position supports worship, discipleship, outreach, and daily ministry operations while demonstrating excellence, faithful stewardship, and servant leadership.
Electrician
The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with the National Electrical Code and other relevant codes.
Barista
As a Barista at Rotunda Market, you’ll craft quality coffee and tea beverages while providing warm, friendly service to every guest. From preparing drinks and light food items to maintaining stock and equipment, you’ll ensure excellence in both taste and presentation. This role also includes processing transactions, upholding health and safety standards, and collaborating with the Rotunda Market Manager to create a welcoming, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
