The Marketing Coordinator supports the Communications Director by creating and sharing content that promotes the ministries and mission of First Baptist Atlanta. This role blends graphic design, photography, video, social media, and copywriting to engage people with Christ and His church.
Director of Next Steps and Assimilation
The Director of Next Steps and Assimilation leads people from their first visit at First Baptist Atlanta (FBA) into a fully engaged life of discipleship. This role unites Guest Experience and Next Steps to ensure every person is welcomed with biblical hospitality, cared for personally, and guided toward salvation, baptism, membership, and service. The Director equips volunteers, ministers to individuals, and partners with staff to build a culture of connection and discipleship.
Middle School Pastor
The Pastor of Middle School Ministry is called to lead and disciple middle school students, helping them grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. Through engaging Sunday programming and events, the pastor will create a nurturing environment where students can encounter Christ, build relationships, and deepen their faith. This role is essential in reaching the next generation for Christ, equipping them to live out the Gospel and actively participate in God’s Kingdom.
Culinary Steward
The Culinary Steward plays a vital role within the Food Services Ministry by supporting the preparation, presentation, and service of meals, while also maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment. This individual assists with food prep and service during daily operations and ministry events and ensures proper sanitation and inventory management. Through behind-the-scenes faithfulness, the Culinary Steward helps create a welcoming, Christ-centered environment where food is used as a tool for hospitality, discipleship, and care.
Barista
As a Barista at Rotunda Market, you’ll craft quality coffee and tea beverages while providing warm, friendly service to every guest. From preparing drinks and light food items to maintaining stock and equipment, you’ll ensure excellence in both taste and presentation. This role also includes processing transactions, upholding health and safety standards, and collaborating with the Rotunda Market Manager to create a welcoming, efficient, and customer-focused environment.
