Johnny has faithfully served with Pioneers since 1988 and currently leads as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the financial operations that support over 1,500 U.S. missionaries and international partners. His work includes managing healthcare, audits, credit systems, and the mission’s financial strategy.

Siony brings her own passion for ministry through her former role as a teacher at a Christian preschool, where she shared God’s love with young children.
