How to View Your Annual Contribution Statement Online

To help keep your giving information secure, contribution statements are now available through a secure online account. Creating an account only takes a few minutes and is a one-time setup.

If you prefer, you may also choose a one-time access option. You can receive a verification code by email or text message and use that code to securely view your contribution statement without creating a new login.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Enter Your Information

Fill in the following fields:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • *Email address you use to donate online
  • Phone number (optional)

Verify Your Account

You will receive a verification code by email or text message.
Enter the code when prompted.

Choose Your Password

Choose a password to complete your account setup.

Log In and View Your Statement

That’s it! Once logged in, you’ll be able to securely view and download your annual contribution statement.
