If you have been sensing a call to be more involved in the discipleship of our members here at FBA, the Leadership Institute may be just for you. The Adult Life Ministry always seeks to identify new members with leadership potential who desire to be spiritually equipped to equip others.
Over the course of six weeks, the Leadership Institute will introduce you to the Adult Life Ministry's leadership goals and objectives. We will use Allan Taylor's Lifeway course, Forward From Here, to discuss the ministry’s priorities for new leaders: Recruitment, Enlistment, Training, and several more. You will also have the opportunity to identify and exercise your spiritual gifts through individual and group activities and assignments.
