others who attend First Baptist Church Atlanta each week.
The Greeters Ministry provides a warm welcome to all members and visitors before each worship service and special events. Greeters are stationed at the doors to the church and at Worship Center entrances to offer smiles, handshakes and general assistance.
The Information Desk Ministry provides assistance and information to worshippers before and after services. Information Center Volunteers are stationed at information desks in the Central rotunda and at strategic areas around the church to answer questions, give directions and distribute designated materials. 
The Parking Team Ministry provides the initial contact for visitors and prospective members attending the worship service. Volunteers seek the safety of our members and guests, while providing friendly and courteous attitudes and efficient traffic flow. 
Children’s Area:
Welcome Desk Volunteers provide assistance to families and visitors of First Baptist Church Atlanta by answering questions about FBA Kids, assisting with Sunday morning or Wednesday evening check-in for the children, and making each child and parent feel welcome. 
Sunday School Classroom Teachers provide spiritual guidance and biblical truth to children on a weekly basis by building a lasting relationship with the individuals in their class. We provide teachers with on-going teacher training and resources to help them minister effectively to the children God has called them to serve. 
Preschool:
Preschool Junction Greeters provide a warm welcome to all members and visitors as they help check preschoolers in on Sunday mornings. Preschool Greeters are stationed at the Preschool Welcome Desk. 
Preschool Junction Classroom Teachers provide biblical teaching to preschoolers, ages Birth-Kindergarten, as they engage preschoolers in activity-based learning.Preschool Teachers have the option of teaching weekly or bi-weekly. On-going teacher training and resources are provided to teachers in order for them to have a successful ministry to preschoolers in our Sunday School program.
