How Can I Join a Short-Term Mission Team?

The overall mission of the Short-Term Missions Ministry is to strengthen indigenous churches around the world. Each of our trips is selected with a focus on how our teams will enhance the long-term ministry of the missionaries and local church we serve.

Team members are carefully selected for each trip. We seek to fit the spiritual gifts and talents of candidates with the specific objectives of the trip. Some benefits of serving on a mission team are:

  • The opportunity to stretch your faith and minister in new ways
  • Gaining an understanding of what it means to leave the comforts of home to serve the Lord in another country
  • First-hand experience of how missionaries depend on prayer support
  • Meeting some of God’s choicest servants, our brothers and sisters in other countries
