Online Giving

God set the ultimate example of giving by the sacrificial gift of His own Son (Ephesians 5:2). Every good and perfect gift comes from Him, so the resources with which He has blessed us ultimately belong to Him. It is our responsibility to be good stewards of those resources and give back to the Lord a portion of them, however He may lead.

What the Bible Says About Giving

“Give and it will be given to you; a good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you” (Luke 6:38).

“’Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,’ says the LORD Almighty, ‘and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it’”
(Malachi 3:10). Giving increases our faith and proves the Lord’s faithfulness.

“…Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Corinthians 9:6-7). This verse teaches that it is not only what we give, but the acceptable attitude with which we should give: willingly, generously and cheerfully.
