Our Family Dedication Service provides a special time to acknowledge parents who desire to dedicate themselves to raising and nurturing their children in the ways of the Lord. We focus on Deuteronomy 6 as the basis for this time of reflection and commitment.

Parents must attend our Orientation Class which is normally several weeks prior to the Dedication Service. This orientation session also prepares parents for the format of the Dedication Service, and offers an overview of church resources available for parents and children. Parents must be members of First Baptist Atlanta to participate in this Family Dedication Service.

We have two Dedication Services each year -- one in the spring and another in the fall.
