We're looking for a few good men... The radical mentoring groups at FBA are a high expectation, high impact, high commitment and high return group of four to six younger men at a time. If you want to grow tremendously in the Lord, be a better husband father man, and change from the inside out--then this is the program for you.
Each mentoree commits to 10 sessions, meeting once a month with an older adult man from the church. Members are required to read a book each month; mentoring sessions cover the material read for that month. The mentorship concludes with a two-day retreat.
