You may register online for Intensive Counseling. The total cost is $1,260. There are two payment options available.
Option One: pay the full amount of $1,260 by Credit Card, Debit Card, or electronic check which debits the amount from your checking account. Click here to register and pay the full amount.
Option Two: pay the deposit amount of $150 by Credit Card, Debit Card, or electronic check which debits the amount from your checking account. Then make four monthly payments of $277.50 using our online payment form. Click here to register and pay only the deposit amount with the balance due in four monthly payments.
