Intensive Counseling Fees


The total fee for intensive counseling services, including some resources and materials, assessments, personal information intake processing, 20 hours of in-session counseling, and follow-up telephone counseling, is $1,260. A $150 deposit payable to FBA is required to secure a reservation for counseling. If a reservation for counseling is cancelled by a client no later than 10 days before the scheduled arrival at their hotel, the $150 deposit will be retained by FBA for future application to a new counseling date within three months of the cancellation; after three months have elapsed with no reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited to FBA.


At the present time, our Intensive Counseling Program does not provide for insurance reimbursement.

 



Intensive Lodging and Fees


hilton_garden_hotelThe counselee is responsible for all transportation arrangements and associated fees to and from Atlanta, as well as to their hotel and back to the airport. Rental cars, taxis and limos are available at the airport. The counselee is requested to arrive at their hotel on Sunday afternoon anytime after 3 p.m. Counseling will end on Friday by noon.


The counselee is responsible to pay for all hotel-related guest fees and costs upon checkout; a major credit card will be required by hotel at check-in. Accommodations will be required for five nights. Food and other expenses are also to be paid by the counselee.crowne_plaza_atlanta
